I have worked with Chris over a number of years however most recently, I approached Chris to discuss a development need for a group of managers who were based in a variety of locations across the globe.
Chris ran a number of online ‘Behavioural Skills’ workshops that focussed on targeted improvement and support in a number of key topics over an 8 week period. The sessions were highly interactive and also placed emphasis on pre and post work, encouraging ownership for development, practical application and reflection.
Chris is highly skilled at asking great questions that really get the group thinking. He also facilitates discussions effectively, ensuring that all delegates are engaged and inspired. Chris invests time and energy in robust follow up and action plans to help deliver tangible results.
The feedback for the workshops was extremely positive. This was a very new approach for a number of the participants, who were initially sceptical about developing behavioural skills via virtual online learning. This has now changed mindsets and I will definitely use this method and approach again.
